Birchrun Hills Farm is a family owned dairy farm located in the highlands of Birchrunville, Chester County. The Miller's caringly hand craft raw milk cheese from the milk of their Holstein cows. The cows come first on this farm because the quality of the milk defines the character of the cheese. No growth hormones are used. Ken and Sue are committed to farming using conservation-minded methods that build soil fertility and promote the growth of organic matter. Randy & Jesse, the Miller's sons, are involved in the operation of the farm. They each own and care for their own cows and are members of the Tri-Community 4-H Dairy Club.

Birchrun Hills Farm features:

Birchrun Blue, a raw milk natural rind semi-soft cheese that is rich and creamy with delicate blue flavors.

Highland Alpine, a raw milk traditional mountain-style cheese that combines nuttiness with a hint of sharpness.
