Blooming Glen Farm was formed in 2006 to offer fresh, nutritious, chemical-free, sustainably grown produce to its local community. Farmers Tom Murtha and Tricia Borneman have been farming together for eight years. Our mission is to grow a large variety of high quality vegetables, while educating the community about the importance of where our food comes from and how it is produced. We strive to be good stewards of the land through sustainable farming practices. Our crops are grown on 15 acres of preserved farmland without synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides. We believe a healthy body is inseparable from a healthy soil. Located in scenic Upper Bucks County, near the tiny hamlet of Blooming Glen, in Perkasie, Pennsylvania, Blooming Glen Farm currently has a 175 member CSA, serving over 250 local families. We are looking forward to bringing our beautiful Bucks County grown produce to Philadelphia customers by participating in the Headhouse Farmers Market.

We hope to see you on Sundays at the Headhouse Farmers Market-- come check out our heirloom tomatoes, aromatic basil, and everbearing strawberries, amongst other things!
