The Henry Farm is a small-scale diversified farm in the Pocono Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania. It is a farm of 5 generations, originally being a homestead carved out of the rugged rocky terrain of the Poconos by the Henry family in the early 1800's.
The Current Steward of the Henry Farm is Jeffrey Henry, who has graduated from Prescott College with a degree in agro-ecology, and is now farming full time, along with his girlfriend Mary-Jean, to develop the land into a healthy and sustainable agro-ecosystem.
Among a diverse mix of vegetables, you can expect from The Henry Farm high
quality salad mixes using heirloom lettuces, heirloom tomatoes and 3-heirloom-
tomato salsa and high quality organic eggs.
