Patches of Star is one of the amazing farms participating in the Headhouse Farmers' Market on Sundays. Owner Elly Hushour was first introduced to local dairy as a new mother interested in the positive health effects of goat milk. Today, Elly's farm not only produces delicious products, but is part of a holistic animal therapy program for kids and adults.

Meet Elly and learn more about her farm at the Headhouse Farmers' Market, Sundays from 10am-2pm! Some of her new products include a creamy feta cheese, a Mediterranean inspired haloumi cheese, a fresh ricotta, and a lightly sharp chevre.
