Asian Vegetables
The Yin family farm, called Queens Farm is located in Chester County, PA. It is a 38-acre farm that mainly produces Asian vegetables. In growing these vegetables, we have followed traditional Chinese, chemical-free cultivation since starting our farm in 2003. This is done to both sustain growth and to keep our customers healthy. Over 100 varieties of Asian vegetables are grown on Queen’s Farm every year, including edamame, chives, Chinese cucumber, winter melon, Chinese lettuce, daikon, valentine daikon, Chinese cabbage, red bok choy sprouts, snow pea, fava bean, long bean, board bean and luffa. Some American vegetables are also grown, such as tomato, green pepper, sweet corn and celery. Our family takes pride in the tasty, natural and healthy produce that we grow on the farm.
